All our industrial process control instruments and equipment are offered under the brand name of ‘Indi’. We provide our wide range with a warranty period of one year from the date of the purchase by the user against any kind of manufacturing defects.

Apart from this, we also offer some of the industrial process control instruments and equipment with an extended replacement warranty period of three years. These include ultrasonic thickness meter, lux meter, sound level meter, tachometer and thermo hygrometer.

The warranty is liable under following conditions:

• Repair/replacement of the product free of charge at office.

• Warranty is limited to repair/replacement of products as decided by our assessment team within warranty period under normal usage/operation.

• Warranty does not cover sensors and burnt, damaged and physically damaged product/product part.

• Repairing / servicing of product is assured within 1 week or else replacement
